Returned packages with incorrect shipping information on behalf of the customer will be shipped back with correct address at the customer's expense. Any returned packages due to package not being picked up at the post office will be shipped back at the customer's expense
If an item is returned because of an error on our behalf it will be shipped back at NO cost to you.

Please contact us before 48 hrs upon receiving your package to see if there is a way to help you fix this issue.
In order to ensure that your package will arrive at its destination in a timely manner please provide the proper information such as name, apartment/suite, and/or house/building number.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages but if this happens please contact us we will try our best to help you. in most cases we offer store credit.

Please contact us first before filing any disputes on PayPal and please give us the chance to give a resolution to any problems or concerns. 

Shipping charges are non refundable.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, Please email us with a picture of the product we sent you and we will ship the correct item(s) to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
