Shipping & Returns

 Returned packages with incorrect shipping information on behalf of the customer will be shipped back with correct address at the customer's expense. Any returned packages due to package not being picked up at the post office will be shipped back at the customer's expense.


If an item is returned because of an error on our behalf it will be shipped back at NO cost to you.

We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost in transit ,stolen or damaged from the address that has been provided. 
In order to ensure that your package will arrive at its destination in a timely manner please provide the proper information such as name, apartment/suite, and/or house/building number.



1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders usually take 3-4 business days to be processed then shipped after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Packages are sent via USPS and wholesale orders are shipped via Fed-Ex.

On holidays or on sales please allow 4-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Also depending on the size of the order, like bulk orders, it may take 5-12 days to process and ship. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
DURING HIGH VOLUME SEASON OR HIGH VOLUME DUE TO PRODUCT DEMAND OR SALES THIS TIME WILL TAKE LONGER. DURING THIS TIME WE ASK FOR YOUR COMPLETE PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.


2. How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out by United States Postal Service http://www.usps.com/. A tracking number will be sent out the email that is provided on the invoice.  Please provide an email address that you check often on your invoice. For our international customers, once the package has left the United States it can be tracked by your country's postal service once it has cleared customs.


3. When are prizes shipped out?

If you won a prize from @GlitterInjections please allow us at least 2-4 weeks to ship it out.  If it is a Holiday then please allow at least 4-6 weeks before your package is shipped, again your patience is greatly appreciated.


4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Within the United States 3-7 days excluding holidays 
International 10-30 days excluding holidays and any customs delays.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged  packages please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information.

Please contact us first before filing any disputes on PayPal. Please give us the chance to give a resolution to any problems or concerns. 

Shipping charges are non refundable.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, Please email us with a picture of the product we sent you and we will ship the correct item(s) to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
